45-Minute Training Session Checklist
Warm-Up (Duration: 5-10 minutes)

- High knees, lunges, arm circles.

- Stationary dribbling: figure 8s, crossovers, behind-the-back dribbles.

- Emphasize proper footwork, weak-hand finishing, and pace.
Skill Development (Duration: 20-25 minutes)
Shooting Drills (10-12 minutes)
- [ ] Spot-Up Shooting (5 minutes)
- Players rotate between positions (corner, wing, top of the key).
- [ ] Free Throws Under Pressure (5 minutes)
- Pair up players: one shoots, the other rebounds, track makes/misses.
Defensive Drills (10-12 minutes)
- [ ] Closeout Drill (5 minutes)
- Players practice defensive stance and proper closeout on a shooter.
- [ ] Help Defense Rotation (5-7 minutes)
- Simulate 3-on-3 scenarios to improve team defensive communication.
Conditioning (Duration: 5-10 minutes)
- [ ] Baseline to Baseline Sprints (2-3 minutes)
- Timed sprints focusing on speed and recovery.
- [ ] Defensive Slides Drill (2-3 minutes)
- Sideline-to-sideline slides focusing on low stance and quick direction changes.
